Really buey tahan this xiao zha bor. I have been tolerating her silly nonsense for very long and finally decided to blog. I really think she is too free …
Since personally I think the name Xiao Zha Bor suits her , I decided to replace all her name with that. From today onwards, she shall be called so


This is an conversation initiated by her some time back

First as a HR exec ( or maybe at most a senior HR exec ? who cares ), I do not think she have the rights to ask a boss to grade her employee lowly just because
(1) worried that managing director will ask
(2) all other bosses grade their employee lowly .

On top of that the appraisal system loosely governed and like shit in the first place.

Further more , this employee’s case have been on-going since more than half a year ago. There have been so many round of talks even involving her good dept. The direction have been set - is to propose something good for her. Why would I give something good to someone whom I graded lowly?


End of the day , I refused to change any of the grading. It was in the end accepted and the hoax of managing director asking is all bull shit. Even if I am really called up , I am not any worried. I grade someone based on what the person rightfully deserves

Recently this xiao zha bor initiated another chat with me

For some reason, it seems that she just want to get rid of my attachment student. I do not know the reason. I suspected something fishy when she start asking about th student's job sope. After telling her the brief job scope that was given to the attachment student, she insisted for justification. What justification? Why I need a attachment headcount?

Doubtful , I asked her colleague to confirm. ( on the right ) . Yes , If you noticed, I forwarded conversation out to someone who can take action.

Thursday

In the first place, attachment student are not considered part of the department work force head count. They are only attached to us to learn. If there is really a need to justify on this headcount, the policy is to submit a manpower requisition form and get clearance from department heads & executive director.

So since she insisted on a justification in this case, proper paperwork has to be completed right? So I purposely ask her on the procedures. Look at her replies. (I am super confident that there is no need for justification for attachment students. )

Till I told her bluntly that I will only put up the proper justification officially (and not through office chat system) Think I am dumb arh

Want job scope just say want job scope. Justify what fuck ?

Full of bull shit and lies. Pls larh, I have been handling industrial attachment student even before she gets her first pay check…

I have this friendly colleague who always comes and chit chat + gossiping to me on a personal note. Usually for complaints I would just lend a listening ear, and forget about it.

Ever since this friendly colleague was transferred to the same office as me, I started to notice she has a habit of telling everyone she hates who and who, and start influencing people she talk to. I don’t really like because it is causing the workplace to be divided and full of displeasure between everyone.

I did try to talk her around.

ME: Maybe you should try to the person more then you understand he/she is actually not that bad
SHE: NO ! I am not going to do that no matter what
ME: Why ?
SHE: I just don’t like leh

On other occasion

ME: Don’t you feel tired of disliking / nitpicking on a person day in and out ?
SHE : NO leh *super stubborn*

I Give Up. Guess I am not much of an adviser though..

Recently, I noticed she have extremist behavior on her people on her hate list

One day someone in her hate list was transferred to our office. As it’s her first day, we as colleague will bring her out for to have lunch together. Then I saw friendly colleague extreme action, she took her lunch and chose a seat 2 tables from and ate on her own…apart from all of us.

Interestingly, on the way back to office, I casually asked the new colleague

ME: Have you worked previously with friendly colleague ?
NEW COLLEAGUE: No
ME: Have to ever spoken to friendly colleague even on non work related issues ?
NEW COLLEAGUE : No

Poor new colleague, guess she have been back stabbed before she came over…..

For friendly colleague, I believe her hate list includes
(1) People she don’t like
(2) People whom she think is friend don’t like (irregardless she knows them a not)
(3) People who speaks / associate with (1) , (2)

I think she is pitiful.

To me being true to yourself by not putting a fake front of people you don' like is fine. But not to the extreme.

I dunno why am I so tired. I could not wake up in the morning yesterday and ended up taking half day to sleep at home. Last night , I slept an hour earlier but ended up feeling more tired…

In my attempt to shed some fats, I have started to jog at least twice a week since last month, but why I seems to get more plump ?

I noticed do other tasks at work as a form of running away from things that I do not want to do. Maybe I have no more motivation … I just want to sleep

Woke up feeling extremely grumpily last Sun as I dragged myself to work… Work on Sundays AGAIN… .. How come so many people never needs to go back to work on Sunday ??

Took a cab a met this annoying cab driver who totally can’t tell I DO NOT WANT TO CHAT. Worse was when he kept “Har ? Har?” making you repeat what you have just said…Grrrrr…

In fact, I do not like to chat with cab drivers. Why is it after driving so many passengers they can’t tell that people do not like to talk early in the morning ….

Think he asked more shit loads of funny question But vaguely this is how the conversation went:

Uncle : ok ! go work arh
Me : Ya * what else do you expect me to do there huh ? *
Uncle : Aiyo, Sunday work what ?you should tell you boss you don’t want to work mah …
Me : You think I have a choice ?
Uncle : Aiyah , just tell them you don’t want to work la
Me : The boss will ask you not to come to work anymore
Uncle : oh ya lo …. Some times no choice ….. you alone or others also
Me : Others also have * what has it got to do with you ah *

Uncle : All your colleagues stay together one har ?

Uncle : What time you knock off arh ? How you going back arh ? Can claim for transport a not ?
Me : half day * what all these got to do with you again ah *
Uncle : Ok la …. Half day only wat … very fast
Me : * Wah lau , still wake up early and make a trip down wat *
Uncle : Oh ya, you can call “I-dun-really-give-a-damn” company for a cab. Their number is “I-don’t-give-a-fuck”
Me : *who the hell does not know how to call cab ? why not give me 4D better *
Uncle : you eat breakfast a not ? your office there for breakfast a not ?
