I have been trying to be productive and do my school project since like 3 days ago. But I have a problem. YAWNING. Yes yawning, for some reason I just keep yawning every time I look at the question. Initially I thought it was because I was too tired and decided to get some sleep. After 8 full hours of sleep, I came back to the question paper and I STARTED YAWNING AGAIN! It is so continuous! My eyes wet after each yawn and I have to wipe off the tears. My eyes a little sore from the wiping ....
I tried eating snacks , but gave up as I dun think it is good for me in long term and it just makes me feeling bloated and more tired later on.
I started to do some blog-walking and surfing and miraculously the yawning STOPS !!!!
Then I tried to do some research for my school work on the internet…. And the stupid yawning starts again!
It just drives me crazy , so I punched “ How to stop yawning” on google and found these

• Blind people 'catch' a yawn when they hear it. So they'll yawn when they sense that somebody else yawned.

Okie Back to real stuffs .. How to stop yawning.
There were so many answers online
(1) go get a little rest, take a nap.
- This obviously does not work at all !!!
(2) Anytime I feel sleepy or need to yawn, I drink a big glass of water. Not many people drink enough water, and we are almost always dehydrated.
(3) To prevent yawning, stop watching Al Gore speeches on CSPAN.
(4) Yawning is caused by a build up of excess carbon dioxide in the lungs, so when I feel like a yawn is coming up, I just take a deep breath and exhale. You should try it.
I love this particular the trick. It is cute and is SOOOOOOO Simple !!!!!

Lick your lips whenever you feel a yawn coming on.
Seriously, it works. Now you'll be needing some practice to be able to this when it matters. You won't automatically lick your lips when you feel like yawning.
