This year is out first V day after getting married. I got my Advanced V Day pressie Advanced. My very first LV cluth bag!

This is an expression of mad happiness ... OMG , wrinkles !

After signing off hugh bills for the past few months , we decided to have a more economic v day celebration.

My must-have on V-Day

When we reach the hotel , the friendly staffs greetted and offered help take a photo for us

The place for diner was nicely decorated

  

The waiting time was however , quite long.  Quite expected as it is V day and crowded everywhere.

Out of boredom , I took a picture of my own shadow with the spot light

Finally the food arrived !

Dish 1 - Endless Love

Escargot Bourguignonne, Scallop Mornay on Shell
Marinated Tuna with pink Grapefruit Salsa and Chilled Japanese Pasta

Dish 2 - Careless Whisper

Light Crab Bisque with Swiss Brown Mushroom
Scented with Chervil, served with Cheese Stick

Dish 3 -More Than Words
Oven- Baked Cod Fillet, Lobster Risotto Milanese
Lavished with Peppercorn Beurre Rouge Sauce
Brunoise of Vegetables

Lychee Sorbet with Mixed Berries

Roasted Rack of Lamb, Romanced with Raspberry Au Jus
Mushroom Fricassee, Chickpea Mash, Medley of Vegetables

I could not be bothered to take a photo of it as I was soooooo cheesed waiting for ages for a pathetic dessert which do not look anything like what it was promoted ....

Well, what do u expect for $49 ?

Was a little pissed not because the actual differs A LOT from what was promoted, but because of the LOOOONG waiting time for everything ... including billing.

It is my bad, as being patient was never one of my traits.  (I'm still working on it though  ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ )

Nevertheless , it was a good evening with good food and a good man !
